INITIAL APPOINTMENT

The initial appointment involves a one-on-one session with a Registered Physiotherapist or Registered Massage Therapist. Initial appointments range from 45-60 minutes including assessment and treatment. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow proper assessment and treatment.

During the initial assessment, your PT or RMT will discuss a treatment plan with you. This may include in-clinic follow-up sessions in addition to a home program and education. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled based on the recommended treatment plan. We strongly encourage you to be an active participant in your rehabilitation plan, so feel free to ask questions or express your concerns as needed.
