CANCELLATION POLICY

Integro Physiotherapy Cancellation and No Show Policy:

24 hours notice must be given if clients cannot attend their scheduled appointment, or wish to reschedule, in order to avoid penalty. 

Notice given via phone, email, or in person, less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will result in a fee of $25.00.

“No Shows” will result in a fee of $25.00.

Cancellation and no-show fees are payable at or before the next appointment. Extended health benefits or any other type of insurance coverage cannot be billed to settle your account for cancellation fees or unattended appointments.
